Todd McHatton
Our attention was first drawn to Todd McHatton when he released his digital mini album called Christmas Songs in 2009. We think that the first track, Santa Flying in Your Sleigh, is one of the best Christmas songs for kids that we have heard.
A lot of commentators describe Todd's music as psychedelic pop music for kids. For us it has a grainy, dreamy and underground vibe to it that we'd normally associate with alternative college bands. If you had no English and could not understand the lyrics then you'd never suspect that it was children's music. That's what's so exciting about it!
